We would like to inform you how we play our part to prevent further spread of the virus. And at the same time, we are doing all possible to make sure we create a safe environment for our guests, staff and ourselves at the lodge.

Today we share our vision about FOOD, DRINKS & MEALS; we focus on social distancing, safety and our guests' comfort.
Food, drinks and meals are one of the most appreciated at Ama Amanzi and we do our upmost best to have you enjoy our delicious dinners, breakfast, High Wine and real bush braais. To make sure this will also continue in a matter that complies with COVID-19 protocol we have made some slide changes.
- We will make sure we dish our tables for you as you are used to; surprising, beautiful, atmospheric and even according to a theme if applicable.
- Dinner together with other guests, if any, is only allowed when a 2-meter distance between the dining tables is secured.
- We can offer your meals on your private veranda without extra charge. - Our real bush braais will be situated that a 2-meter distance is realized. - - - - High Wine will be served at the Lounge at the Pool.
- You can make use of our fully stocked bar fridge or can make use of room service which will be “delivered” at your veranda for you to be taken and consumed at any convenient time.
2020 is net begonnen en wellicht denken jullie erover om niet weer eenzelfde jaar te hebben maar om nu eens echt wilde ideeen werkelijkheid te laten worden. Misschien is ons aanbod iets wat bij jullie past? Vanaf januari 2021 zijn wij namelijk op zoek naar Support Teams.
Zijn jullie een enthousiast, gepassioneerd, hecht en bevlogen team van twee personen met een hele lading pragmatisme en een liefde voor de Zuid Afrikaanse Bush? Jullie hebben al het een en ander meegemaakt samen, zijn wereldwijs en zijn niet snel uit het veld geslagen. Hebben jullie zin om in 2021 en/of in 2022 iets heel anders te doen? Wellicht is het dan een idee om even verder te lezen of dit bericht te delen met degenen waarvan je denkt dat zij deze mogelijkheid niet mogen missen.
Voor onze lodge in het noorden van Zuid Afrika zijn we op zoek naar een Support Team. De primaire verantwoordelijkheid bestaat uit twee delen: gasten en onderhoud. Naast deze unieke, 'once in a lfie time experience', bestaat onze tegen prestatie uit een intensief opleidingstraject, huisvesting en eten. Daarnaast het gebruik van alle faciliteiten en een berg vrije tijd in een van de meest ongerepte en onontdekte gebieden in de Zuid Afrikaanse bush. En natuurlijk een warm welkom in onze Ama Amanzi Family.

We have all in place based on the global and national guidelines and protocols. Since our lodge is naturally COVID-19 proof with its tremendous space and natural surroundings, it will ask a minimum of your effort to comply.

Today we would like to share our vision regarding facilities.
Our luxury accommodation will be kept clean on the high level as always. We are using disinfectant, fumigation and we are washing our 100% cotton linens on a minimum of 60 degrees. Because we only use 100% cotton, we can wash up to 90 degrees and we will do that if necessary, for your hygiene and safety.
All our accommodations are standing far apart from each other with the closest around 35 meters up till almost 4 kilometers.
All accommodations are provided with disinfectants and hand sanitizer in order for our guests to be able to use as often as they feel like to prevent the spread of the virus for all of us. All our accommodations are built in balance with nature with thatched roof which allows natural "breathing" and ventilation. We stimulate guests to ventilate their lodges frequently by simply opening all windows and doors to make sure fresh bush air flows through. Communal areas are large enough to be used with a safe 2 meter distance. Based on our small scaled and private setting of the lodge and COVID_19 prevention protocol groups exceeding 6 people are not occurring. Small families and/our friends can book the whole lodge privately and fully exclusive from 4 people You can have a look at our 360 interactive views to see the large distance between the accommodation and the natural secluded environment where Ama Amanzi Bush Lodge is situated.
