"What did you like? The hospitality and relaxed atmosphere. The braai was the highlight! What can we do to improve? Having dinner in the main lodge and drinking wine; then driving back can be a little challenge. IIt was great that we could go right back to the room after the braai. Ama Amanzi: Thank you for your review! It was our pleasure having you. Please know that we are akways willgn to bring you back :-)"

"Ama Amanzi is the perfect place for a quiet weekend getaway. The food is delicious, the views are absolutely beautiful and Issabella and staff go out of their way to make your experience memorable. The lodge only accompanies around 6-8 people which was perfect as we felt like we could have a peaceful time, away from the noise of our usual lives. There is also plenty to do in the area, and you can ask the couple overseeing the lodge for recommendations (which do not disappoint!). We were able to relax in our lodge and also go for walks in the reserve, coupled with outside adventures such as game drives and a day trip to Marakele National Park. We would definitely recommend this to couples looking for a quiet getaway, or those looking to explore the Limpopo surrounds! Thanks Issabella, Mitch and Steph for everything - you truly made our stay memorable."

"What do you like? The fact that the venue is deep in the bush, keeping very much with the nature environment. Big bonus is that it is pet friendly. The dinner was indeed splendid, with impala fillet cooked to perfection. The breakfast was again wonderful. The personal attention makes it very special. What can we improve? The geyser at civet lodge could be better in order to have a warm shower and not too cold or too hot. Perhaps it is just a setting."
